**Supporting one service user within a single-occupancy home**
Were looking for a Female Deputy Manager to join an established and developing service in Birmingham. This role involves deputising for one service user in a single-occupancy setting (not a multi-occupancy site) and managing a team of 10 permanent staff within a dedicated female staffing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor who is passionate about supporting individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and other health conditionshelping them to develop independence and thrive in the community.
