We are currently
looking for a passionate Finance
Assistant, to join our Finance Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently
delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each
other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy

As a Finance Assistant, your main duties and
expectations for the role will include:

Managing hotel commissions for rooms, group
bookings, and events
·
Issuing all Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices,
ensuring they align with the provided backup documentation, assisting with any
necessary adjustments, and supporting payment allocation as needed.
·
Managing the reconciliation of gifted vouchers.
·
Managing the reconciliation of hotel F&B PM’s
·
Managing the Accounts Receivable (AR) inbox and
responding to all incoming inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
·
Identifying opportunities to enhance and optimize
current processes
You will be required to work 40hours
per week, on a shift rota.
