An award-winning law firm in South Manchester is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE to work on a high-quality caseload and support the development of junior team members.
The Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a complex and varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
* Acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties.
* Landlord and tenant matters, including granting new leases, licences to assign, and licences for alterations.
* Property disputes and funding arrangements as part of acquisitions.
* Auction contracts and associated sales, often handling transactions within tight timeframes.
You will work closely with clients, providing strategic legal advice while ensuring transactions run smoothly.
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE in commercial property law.
* Strong technical and procedural knowledge, with a desire to mentor and support junior team members.
* Ability to manage complex transactions with efficiency and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
