We are looking for a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our growing team and work alongside our talented Head and Sous Chefs.

About the Role:
* Up to 30 hours per week.
* Daytime, evening, and occasional breakfast service shifts.
* Assisting with food preparation and service during open hours.
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen to EHO standards.
* Supporting all aspects of kitchen work to ensure the smooth running of both the restaurant and hotel.
Requirements:
* Previous experience and training in a commercial kitchen environment.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy setting.
* A valid Food Safety Certificate.
* Flexibility with shift patterns (including breakfast, daytime, and evening work).
* Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player.
* A genuine passion for food, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude.
