Responsibilities
* Approaching customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
* Serving customers at the till - processing sales transactions.
* Recommending and promoting complimentary products with each sale.
* Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPI's.
* Continuous stock replenishment to ensure the shelves are always full.
* Processing of stock deliveries in a timely manner.
* Ensuring that the shop floor is always kept clean & tidy, to a high standard.
* Any additional ad hoc duties, as and when required.
* A positive, can do attitude.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Willingness to approach and serve all customers.
* The drive to exceed monthly performance targets.
* Methodical approach to completing daily tasks.
* High levels of attention to detail.
* The ability to work both individually and as part of a diverse team.
* The commitment to work 4 hours per week and the flexibility to work any day over the weekend.
Offer
You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.41 per hour + non contractual, hourly sales commission.
About the role
Deichmann, our Sales Assistants play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. This is a part time, permanent position and you will be contracted to work 4 hours per week.
