Key Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our engagement and complaints advocacy service.
The successful candidate will ensure national alignment of the region's engagement and complaints advocacy service, oversee regional communications and public relations, and contribute to the region's governance, performance and learning frameworks.
Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership and ensure national alignment of the region's engagement and complaints advocacy service
* Provide operational oversight, line management and professional supervision of the region's engagement officers and complaints advocates
* Oversee regional communications and public relations
* Integrate engagement, complaints advocacy and learning from complaints
* Contribute to the region's governance, performance and learning frameworks
* Provide strategic, national leadership for a nominated all Wales area of interest
Requirements:
* Clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle - travel required for this role
Benefits:
* Role for 3 months with possible extension
* £25.71 per hour
