After successfully completing the probation period, hybrid working arrangements can be offered. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a competitive salary dependent on experience and an attractive bonus scheme. Key Responsibilities: • Proactively convert and follow up on quotes to secure new business and meet agreed annual targets via both phone and email. • Engage with new introducers, as directed by the Business Development Director, to promote the firm’s services and support the expansion of its market presence. • Work towards defined objectives, including arranging new business meetings.
