Reporting to thePlanning Manager, the role is responsible for translating demand forecasts into accurate supply plans to ensure consistent product availability. You will manage purchase orders through Sage 200, monitor inventory levels, and work closely with internal teams and global stakeholders to ensure alignment between forecasts, stock levels and shipping schedules.
The position involves regular collaboration withsuppliers, freight forwarders and third-party logistics providersto ensure orders are shipped and received on time. You will also oversee stock transfers, monitor potential supply risks, and support new product launches and market expansion initiatives.
A key aspect of the role is maintainingaccurate supply chain data and reporting, including stock performance, shipping schedules and supply chain KPIs, while identifying trends and potential risks.
