Position Overview
Fire or Security Sales BDM - c. £45‑65k base + £80k‑120k OTE.
Key Responsibilities
* Sell fire and security systems or service contracts, including fire alarm, CCTV, intruder, access control, electronic article surveillance, lone worker, physical security solutions.
* Identify, develop and close new business opportunities nationally or locally, targeting retail, education, care homes, etc.
* Support technical solutions, research and account management to maintain and grow existing accounts.
* Work collaboratively within a high‑profit, high‑growth team using the provided design and support resources.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in B2B sales of fire or security systems and/or service contracts within the UK (experience with FIA, BAFE, NSI, SSAIB, NACOSS installations).
* Strong track record in business development and ability to achieve uncapped OTE.
* Willingness to travel to Head Office in Derby and travel nationally as required.
Location & Working Arrangements
Head Office – Derby. Hybrid or remote work available from Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Birmingham, South Yorkshire, Derbyshire, West Midlands, East Midlands, Cheshire, North West, Yorkshire, Northamptonshire (Midlands/North). Commute to Derby as required.

* Base salary £45‑65k plus uncapped OTE £80k‑120k+.
