Responsibilities
* Bring experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Head in a specialist SEMH setting.
* Lead Ofsted inspections and improvement planning.
* Have a proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
* Understand the importance of therapeutic education and inclusive practice.
* Manage budgets and ensure operational excellence.
* Safeguard the welfare of children and young people. All applicants will undergo thorough background and DBS checks.
* Lead New Barn School - a nurturing, innovative SEMH school located near Newbury. The school offers an outdoor and rural curriculum, including outdoor learning, forest school, horse riding, and farm-based experiences.
