People & Culture Business Partner

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to**
* ):Using people data and insights to guide decisions, spot trends, and champion improvement
* s.Leading culture and engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and internal campaign
* s.Driving inclusive recognition and communication programmes that truly connect peopl
* e.Supporting employee wellbeing across mental, physical, and emotional health, and managing key health-related service
* s.Coaching managers through performance and development conversation
* s.Supporting the design and delivery of reward, benefits, and recognition scheme
* s.Producing people reports that inform leadership and shape positive chang

Skills and Experience requir**
* ed:Experienced in delivering cha
* ngeFood Manufacturing experience (preferred) or traditional manufacturing environm
* entA good understanding of employment law, particularly in absence managem
* entInterested and proactive in supporting in management people skills developm
* entA positive, proactive mindset and a collaborative approa
* ch.Experience in a people-focused HR, engagement, or culture ro
* le.Exceptional interpersonal ski
* llsA strategic head, with the confidence to work with data and systems to drive insight and acti
* on.A natural coach, with the ability to guide managers and build capabili
* ty.CIPD Level 7 preferred or a desire to work towards
it.
