We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Technician to join our high performing team at our Farnborough site.
What You’ll Be Doing
14. Carrying out high-quality structural and panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles
15. Using modern repair methods, equipment, and manufacturer standards to deliver safe and accurate results
16. Working collaboratively with other technicians and departments to ensure vehicles are returned on time and in pristine condition
17. Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service in line with Steer’s core values
What We’re Looking For
18. Proven experience as a Panel Technician in a bodyshop environment
19. ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (or equivalent) is preferred
20. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
21. A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a drive to improve and innovate
