Plan and manage daily and weekly production schedules
Ensure productivity and profitability targets are achieved
Lead, support and develop team members through effective people management
Maintain accurate stock management and inventory control
Foster interdepartmental collaboration and communication
Drive quality and continuous improvement throughout production operations
