Sales Support Administrator – Customer Service Focus
Location: Waltham Cross
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: £25,397 per annum
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join a busy team in the meat and butcher industry. This is a full-time role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the sales team with order processing and customer enquiries
* Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
* Handling customer issues and resolving problems efficiently
* Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email systems
