Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for an ISO Implementation Administrator to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Loughborough College.
We are seeking a detail orientated ISO Implementation Administrator to support, implement, audit and maintain management systems in accordance with ISO 45001 Occupational Health & safety, ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management standards.
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills enabling them to ensure compliance, continual improvement and effective integration of management systems across organisational processes.
Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and execute internal audits in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards
* Ensure all documentation on the database is maintained and updated as required on a regular basis
* Assist in maintaining and improving Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation and processes
Qualifications
* Experience in data analysis and project management
* Experience of working within operation standards
* Knowledge of ISO standards
* High level of computer literacy – proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programmes
