With a reputation for excellent service and a loyal customer base, we operate from a warehouse in South Cerney and a showroom/ warehouse in Cirencester, in the Cotswolds.
With over 20 years trading we've built a reputation for offering exceptional products and an unrivalled customer experience. Our team may be small (fewer than 10), but we're a mighty group of individuals who support each other every step of the way.
What You'll Be Doing as a* SalesExecutive*
As a Sales Executive, you'll work in our beautiful purpose built showroom, welcoming customers and guiding them through their purchasing journey. This isn't just sales—it's about building genuine relationships and understanding the needs of customers considering a significant investment for their homes.
Your key sales responsibilities will include:
* Customer Engagement: Show understanding, build rapport and use excellent communication skills to help customers make informed decisions.
* Following Up: Manage longer sales cycles by keeping in touch with potential and current customers via phone or email, ensuring no customer feels forgotten.
* CRM Management: Use a CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and customer details effectively.
* Samples and Administration: Organise samples, raise quotes, and prepare invoices with precision.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure the showroom runs smoothly and customers leave delighted.
What We're Looking For:
* A natural ability to connect with people and provide excellent customer service.
* An organised person who is proactive, and comfortable managing sales processes.
* Enjoys working in a team sales environment where collaboration and shared success are valued.
* Has experience in a retail or sales role, preferably in home improvment, interiors, or a similar industry (but it's not essential if you're keen to learn).
