About the RoleWe are a busy and supportive GP primary care practice seeking a qualified Pharmacy Technician to join our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively alongside an experienced Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician, supporting the safe and effective management of patient medications.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
* Responding to patient medication queries in a timely and professional manner
* Supporting medication reviews and optimisation
* Liaising with GPs, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
* Assisting with repeat prescription processes and medication reconciliation
* Promoting safe prescribing and medicines management within the practice

Qualifications
* Registered with the GPhC (or eligible to register)
* Ideally experienced in a primary care or GP practice setting
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
* System 1 trained
