The Role
The Deputy Manager will assist the Registered Manager in overseeing the service, ensuring that systems, processes, and care delivery meet the highest standards. Responsibilities include:
* Supporting and mentoring staff to provide safe, high-quality care
* Implementing and monitoring care and operational processes
* Working with relevant governing bodies on new service opportunities
* Promoting a person-centred, inclusive, and flexible care approach
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
Candidate Requirements
* Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification
* Proven experience in a leadership or management role within health or social care
* Strong organisational, communication, and team leadership skills
* Commitment to person-centred, flexible, and inclusive care
