Percival are excited to be working exclusively with Make Votes Matter to find their new CEO (Chief Executive Officer). Your role will be to lead the organisation in a general election year and beyond to campaign cross party to bring around electoral reform and a proportional representation system.
Make Votes Matter are a UK-based campaign group advocating for electoral reform. They believe the current voting system doesn't give every vote equal weight. Their goal is to replace the existing system with proportional representation, which would ensure a fairer reflection of voters' choices in Parliament.

Make Votes Matter are looking for someone who can takeultimate responsibility for the organisation's campaign to achieve Proportional Representation in the House of Commons.As leader of the campaign, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for building the popular and political momentum needed to secure this seismic reform.As leader of the organisation, the successful candidatewill be primarily responsible for defining and executing MVM's strategy, while ensuring its good financial health and legal and regulatory compliance.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A track-record as a successful leader in an organisation of comparable size, or equivalent managerial or director experience.
Political or campaigning experience, an understanding of the UK's democracy sector and an ability to work in a non-partisan, cross-party way.
Experience of being a spokesperson on public platforms.
