Key Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and quality at every level. Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve store targets. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain a productive and positive workplace. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards. Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist with stock management, inventory control, and ordering supplies. Contribute to sales growth by implementing promotional activities and upselling techniques. Monitor financial performance, including cash handling and daily reconciliations. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within catering, hospitality, or retail environments is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good organisational and time management abilities.
