In this Primary School Kitchen, you would be responsible for all activities in the kitchen and its surrounds including cooking, organisation and supervision of food service. Supervising staff working in the kitchen. You must be aware of HACCP Procedures and ensure all Paperwork including electronic returns are completed and submitted according. Understanding dietary and nutritional needs. Duties may also include transporting and serving of meals, general kitchen and dining room duties (for example washing up, setting up and clearing away equipment and tables), and cleaning of the kitchen, its surround. We have permanent vacancy to join our team: East Wemyss East Wemyss Primary School, 27.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 5.5 hours per day as required between 8:30am and 2:30pm as required on a 52-week contract. You will earn a competitive salary of £24,890.91 to £27,087.17 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including: £13.26 per hour to start, plus extra payments for any shift work, including weekends. Pay is every 4 weeks. The Person Catering Experience or a Qualification such as an SVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent is essential for this post.
