Supporting pupils’ learning and development Monitoring and recording students' progress and contributing to progress reviews. Delivering pre-set lessons or providing classroom support across different subjects and year groups Managing the classroom and maintaining a positive learning environment Experience and Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or experience working in a primary school setting A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach to working with students. Strong communication and behaviour management skills A commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the school community.
