The Opportunity
We’re seeking a proactive Graduate Design Engineer to develop bespoke ventilation strategies using market‑leading product range. This office‑based role centres on thermodynamic modelling and will see you producing detailed quotations, supporting the sales team, and offering trusted technical guidance to clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
Create tailored, regulation‑compliant ventilation solutions using the company’s innovative systems.
Produce accurate, project‑specific system proposals, including all required ancillaries and integration details.
Carry out performance modelling and compile clear, insightful reports for a wide range of clients.
Offer expert advice to internal teams and external stakeholders on ventilation standards, design integration, and system performance.
Work closely with consultants, specifiers, and customers to guide them through design and specification processes.
Keep up to date with changing building regulations and advancements in ventilation and environmental technologies.
Help enhance design processes, tools, and documentation within a forward‑thinking design team.Essential Criteria
Degree (or predicted) in Mechanical, Building Services, Architectural Engineering, or related discipline
Genuine interest in sustainable building design, ventilation, and indoor environmental quality
Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with CAD or modelling tools is a plus
Self‑motivated, organised, and able to manage workload effectively
Willingness to learn and grow through training and mentorship
Comfortable attending client meetings and technical discussions
