What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
* Provide fast, accurate, and empathetic support to healthcare professionals via chat, voice, and email
* Utilize CRM tools such as Zendesk and Salesforce to manage cases and maintain documentation
* Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and adapt workflows as necessary
* Personalize communication and maintain a confident, helpful tone in all interactions
* Monitor trends and identify recurring issues to enhance the worker experience and improve operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
* Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written)
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support via chat or voice
* At least 2 years of experience using CRMs such as Zendesk or Salesforce
* Minimum of 2 years of experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) in a work setting
* Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments
