Full Time: 30 hours per week, Term time only Salary: 13.41 Location: Newcastle High School for Girls, Sandyford road, Newcastle NE2 1TA Job Description Under the direction of the Unit Manager, you will take pride in ensuring the food we make to order is produced to a high standard of quality. This is varied and creative role, so you will also assist the Unit Manager in planning our menus and food provision, taking into account any allergen constraints or equipment availability. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Carry out all catering activities under the direction of the Unit Manager Ensure all food is produced on time to the required quality standards Ensure all incoming raw materials and packaging when delivered is in accordance with specifications and is stored in the correct areas of the site.
