Key Responsibilities:
Lead investigations for internal issues, supplier defects, and customer complaints
Manage the full lifecycle of non-conformance processes
Drive continuous improvement using structured methodologies
Oversee procedures to ensure swift and high-quality customer service
Perform quality inspections and use metrology tools where needed
Support supplier qualification and auditing to ensure compliance with quality standards
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Strong background in manufacturing quality systems and process improvement
At least 5 years of quality experience in a precision or high-tech engineering environment
Skilled in using CI tools
Organised and detail-focused, with a structured approach to troubleshooting and documentation
Comfortable interpreting customer requirements and industry regulations
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
OR HNC/ONC in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
Quality-specific qualifications are advantageous
