Job Title: UX Content Designer Location: Manchester Salary/Rate: £300 per day inside IR35 Start Date: September 2025 Job Type: 4-month Initial contract Company Introduction: My client within financial services is urgently seeking a UX Content Writer to join in an initial 4 month contract. This is a hybrid contract position based in Manchester. Job Responsibilities/Objectives: Design and write clear, concise, and accessible content for on-boarding forms and account opening journeys. Collaborate with UX and UI designers to align content with interaction design and visual hierarchy. Create and maintain content patterns and guidelines that support consistency across journeys. Translate complex regulatory or operational requirements into user-friendly content. Required Skills/Experience: Proven experience as a UX Content Designer, UX Writer, or similar role. Strong portfolio demonstrating content design for digital forms, on-boarding flows, or transactional journeys. Familiarity with content design principles and accessibility standards. Comfortable using design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch) and content management systems. Desirable Skills/Experience: Experience in financial services or regulated industries. Knowledge of Co-Op or similar design systems. Familiarity with tools like Experian, PCCA or Hopewiser for address validation and personalisation.
