Job Description:
Our client a housing association are seeking 2 x housing officers to join their team on a 4 week contract which has the possibility to be extended.
What we offer:
1. Monday - Friday
2. 0900-1700
3. £17.15 per hour
4. Weekly pay
5. Holiday pay accrued
The role:
6. Carry out tenancy safety visits across the Chester area.
7. Complete Person-Centred Fire Risk Assessments with tenants.
8. Conduct Tenant Satisfaction Measure (TSM) face-to-face surveys.
9. Update and maintain tenancy records and associated paperwork.
10. Support the housing team with tenancy-related administration and compliance tasks.
11. Engage professionally with tenants to ensure safety standards and service expectations are met.
12. Adapt duties as required to meet service and business needs during the contract period.
Requirements:
13. Previous experience in housing or tenancy management.
14. Strong understanding of housing compliance and tenant safety responsibilities.
15. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
16. Ability to work independently across multiple sites within Chester.
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
18. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
