<div><p>NHFT is seeking an experienced senior operational leader for the Adult Community Services (ACS) team as an Assistant Director.</p><p>The Assistant Director will work alongside another Assistant Director and operate under the direction and line management of the Director for Adult Community Services, covering an agreed portfolio of adult community services across the county.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Oversee the operational, strategic, performance and business development of one stack of services across ACS.</li><li>Deliver high‑quality innovative services and drive an ambitious programme of transformational change.</li><li>Influence, engage and lead teams to maintain delivery of services.</li><li>Manage and lead multiple teams, ensuring high standards of people management, clinical quality and financial performance.</li><li>Act as a key link to identified commissioners and partners in the system.</li></ul><p>NHFT is an NHS Community and Mental Health Foundation Trust providing a range of services across the county.
