Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Peacehaven, East Sussex

We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Peacehaven, East Sussex for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
This role is part time for 2 or 2.5 days per week, along with 1 in 4 Saturdays from 8am to 4pm. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.
This is an established first opinion small animal clinic offering a range of modern veterinary services and facilities.
An enthusiastic, caring veterinary surgeon who has good communication skills, willingness to develop both clinical and non-clinical skills to enable delivery of superb patient care and the ability to effectively communicate with both colleagues and clients,
Key details:
4. Type: Small animal
5. Hours: Part time, 2 to 2.5 days per week
6. Weekends: 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8am to 4pm
7. OOH: None
8. Sole charge: None
9. Team: 4 vets, 6 RVNs, 1 SVN and support team
10. Consultations: 15 minutes

About you:
21. You will be competent in routine surgeries
22. You will always deliver a high standard of clinical care
23. You will have excellent customer facing skills
24. You will work well within the team alongside other veterinary specialists and clinicians
25. You will be a passionate and motivated veterinary surgeon with a genuine interest for animal welfare
26. For experienced vets you will offer mentoring and coaching where required and share best practice
27. You will be ambitious to develop your clinical skill set and knowledge
28. You will enjoy working within a busy practice with a wide variety of cases

Package:
38. Salary: Up to £60, pro rata, commensurate to experience
