Divisional Manager - (EU Contract)

Reporting to the MD and working closely with our & Compliance Director and VP Business Development we are seeking a Contracts Manager who has significant experience managing and developing contract recruitment teams.
Role:
* Build on and generate new clients in the EU Clean Power & Digital Infrastructure
* Market selection and origination
* Manage Contract P&L, Utilization and assist compliance
* 360 Recruitment, managing the client and candidate side
* Responsible for performance development and on-desk management

Who you are:
The ideal candidate will be seeking a new challenge to build & lead a team. We are specifically looking for:
* 2 + years Management experience within a recruitment environment
* EU Contract Market Experience in Renewables, Clean Power, Engineering or STEM
* Track record of developing consultants through strong process/standards
* Ability to originate new clients
* Enjoy working in an office environment (Victoria)
