We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pastoral Support Officer to join a dedicated pastoral team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting young people emotionally, socially and academically in a positive school environment.

About the role As a Pastoral Support Officer, you will:
Provide emotional and pastoral support to students
Work 1:1 and in small groups to support wellbeing, behaviour and engagement
Support students during the school day, including transitions and intervention sessions
Help students develop confidence, resilience and positive relationships
Work closely with teaching staff, SEN and safeguarding teams
