About this role
As a Clinical Manager with Fresenius Medical Care, you will ensure quality patient care while maintaining clinical operations. Clinic Operations
* Manage clinic operations, including costs, staffing, and quality standards.
* Lead, coach, and develop staff.
* Collaborate with HR, Quality, and Technical Services.
* Oversee the Home Therapies Program.
* Maintain records and ensure compliance with data collection and audits.
* Manage financials and oversee network reporting and surveys.
Patient Care
* Coordinate all aspects of patient care from admission to discharge.
* Educate patients on quality measures, transplant options, and access care.
* Address patient and family concerns.
* Complete patient assessments and care plans timely.
* Manage patient schedules and treatment eligibility.
Staff
* Participate in hiring and onboarding.
* Ensure staff training and certification compliance.
* Support staff development and conduct evaluations.
* Handle scheduling and payroll.
Physicians
* Facilitate physician privileges and ensure policy compliance.
* Maintain strong physician relationships and communication.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; RN license.
* Current state licensure.
* Minimum 6+ years in healthcare operations, 12 months in clinical nursing, and 6 months in dialysis nursing.
* Ability to pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test.
Physical Demands
* Work involves desk work, patient interaction, and possible travel between facilities.
* Work environment typical of healthcare settings with potential exposure to infectious materials.
* Requires heavy lifting and patient assistance, with equipment and coworker support.
