About the role:
As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring high‑quality care, strong team performance, and excellent outcomes for our residents. You will act as a role model for best practice and help drive continuous improvement across the home.
Key Requirements:
* Deputy Management / Team Leader experience within a care home setting
* NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care
* Strong people management abilities, with a supportive and motivational approach
* A genuine passion for care and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for residents
* Good working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
* Proven experience in administrative duties within a care home
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
