The firm is looking for aan Experienced Private Client Paralegal to jointheir Leighoffice. You’ll inherit a successful existing caseload from day one, with plenty of autonomy and support where needed.
This would suit someone who enjoys running their own files, wants trust and flexibility, and prefers a down-to-earth environment over a corporate or heavily managed culture.
Who we’re looking for
* Experienced Private ClientParalegal
* Experience running your own wills and probate caseload
* Broad private client experience desirable, including trusts, LPAs and probate
* Strong IT skills and comfortable working in a paper-light environment
* Organised, proactive and able to work independently
* Someone who enjoys autonomy and managing their own workload
What you’ll be doing
* Managing a varied private client caseload
* Handling probate and estate administration matters
* Drafting wills and advising on tax mitigation
* Preparing LPAs and Court of Protection applications
* Advising elderly and vulnerable clients
* Supporting business development activity where appropriate
