THE JOB
Reporting to the Office Manager, as Part Time Customer Service Administrator you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling a high volume of customer enquiries via phone and email
Providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently
Updating and maintaining customer records
Liaising with internal teams and third-party partners
Sending correspondence to customers regarding memberships and renewals
Ensuring customers are kept informed and supported throughout their journey
Carrying out general admin tasks to support the wider team
Working Hours
18–20 hours per week, ideally across Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Some flexibility on working days can be offered for the right candidate
THE PERSON
We’re looking for someone with:
Proven experience in a customer service or administration role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
