Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: £19,000 – £22,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Start Date: September 2025 (or as soon as possible)

About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work alongside teachers and the wider team to support pupils with a range of learning needs. You’ll provide tailored one-to-one and group support, helping students to access learning and reach their full potential
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students in and out of the classroom with their learning and personal development
* Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt resources accordingly
* Work closely with teaching staff to track and celebrate progress ✅
* Create an inclusive, supportive environment where every student feels valued
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children or young people, preferably in a school setting
* Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic
* Confident communicator with strong teamwork skills
* Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* A relevant TA or LSA qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3) is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
