The HR and Recruitment Administrator will play a vital role in enabling the HR team to provide a high-performing, customer focused, consistent, and proactive HR service to support the delivery of the Ardingly College Family of Schools’ values and priorities. The primary focus of the role will be to support the HR team through the provision of a comprehensive HR and recruitment administration service. Initially this support will be focused on Ardingly College but we are working towards creating a centralised HR function for the Ardingly College Family of Schools and therefore this support will extend to Great Walstead Prep School in the future. The HR and Recruitment Administrator will report to the Senior HR Manager and work closely with every member of the HR team as well as staff across both school sites.
