Week 1 - 06:45hrs to 19:00hrs Monday to Thursday (4 days)
Week 2 18:45hrs to 07:00hrs Monday to Wednesday (3 nights)
SF Recruitment are recruiting for a Machine Operator to join our fast-growing manufacturing business based in Eccleshall. This is a permanent role on rotating shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and operating machines to deliver the production KPIs. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Machine Operator - Key Tasks:
? To Operate machinery as per the Standard Operating procedures.
? To ensure hourly performance is monitored and recorded.
? To identify and correct product quality issues.
? To identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
? To complete cleaning tasks as per standard operating procedures.
? To record production data that ensures full product traceability.
Machine Operator - Key Objectives:
? To ensure that they always undertake their duties in compliance with company policies and procedures.
? To deliver 100% achievement of the production plan by ensuring material yield and machine availability is optimised.
