We're looking for a Production Assistant to work in our Cribbs Causeway, Bristol studio. This role supports the creation of compelling brand content by working closely with Creative and wider teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations that showcase our furniture at its best. As a key member of the studio team, the Production Assistant ensures smooth execution of photoshoots and image processing by coordinating logistics, managing studio resources, and assisting with the setup and breakdown of furniture, sets, and lighting equipment. They are often one of the first points of contact on set and are relied upon for their organisation, initiative, and attention to detail. With a hands-on, proactive approach, the Production Assistant collaborates closely with the photographer, creative producer, and wider teams to maintain shoot schedules, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every scene reflects the brands quality and aesthetic. Working in a creative, fast-paced environment, they are motivated to learn, contribute to a positive team dynamic, and grow their skills in production and studio operations. Key responsibilities:Collaborate with the photographer, creative producer and wider marketing teams to help produce high-quality imagery aligned with brand guidelines and creative briefs.Assist with the implementation and ongoing management of our assets as we introduce our new Digital Asset Management - Bynder. Manage and track product and image data using internal systems and support seamless handover to post-production and content teams.Support timely execution of photo shoots by preparing products and sets in advance, staying informed on upcoming studio activity and helping ensure deliverables meet deadlines.Manage the movement, unpacking, and repacking of furniture and props to maintain efficiency and care in handling high-value items.Ensure studio spaces are clean, safe, and organized by assisting with resets, storage management, and basic equipment maintenance.Work cross-functionally with teams such as creative, product and PR to support the creation of content that enhances customer engagement and brand identity.Assist with day-to-day studio production activities, including furniture assembly, set building, prop organisation, and lighting/equipment setup.Follow all studio protocols and company procedures, including those related to health and safety, equipment use, and asset handling.Actively participate in training sessions and development opportunities to expand studio production skills and stay informed on visual and industry trends.Stay informed on upcoming product launches, promotional campaigns, and company initiatives that may influence shoot planning or creative direction. Skills and experience: Practical skills such as paintingProven ability to contribute to high-performing teams by supporting shared goals and maintaining a proactive, solution-oriented approach to daily challenges. Experience working in fast-paced, team-oriented production or studio environments is a plus, but not required. We also welcome recent graduates with a strong understanding of visual content creation and a passion for behind-the-scenes support for photo shoots, whether gained through coursework, internships, or personal projects. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take direction, listen actively, and build positive working relationships across creative and operational teams.Familiarity with studio workflows and production processes, ensuring efficiency and reliability during set preparations and shoot execution. Demonstrated experience in meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
