Position: Accreditation Officer - Education and School Engagement Contract: Full Time - Fixed Term (8th September 2025 - 31st March 2026) Pay Rate: £100 - £130 per day Interview Date: Monday 21st July 2025 About the Role Smart Teachers is recruiting on behalf of a London-based organisation seeking to appoint two full-time Accreditation Officers to support a city-wide schools programme promoting sustainable travel, behaviour change and community engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in education, outreach, youth work or engagement who are passionate about making a positive impact in schools across London. The role will involve both virtual and in-person delivery, as well as regular communication with schools and partner organisations. Key Responsibilities Support and guide schools through a structured accreditation process Deliver presentations, events, and training sessions (in-person and online) Review and quality-assure applications for accreditation Build and maintain relationships with schools, borough teams, and partners Manage records and data, tracking school progress against milestones Promote and celebrate best practice through communications and case studies The Successful Candidate Will Have Experience working with or engaging schools or youth organisations Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) Confidence leading webinars, workshops, or assemblies Strong organisational skills and ability to manage and report data Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) A flexible, proactive, and collaborative approach An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Desirable Experience Knowledge of sustainability, active travel, or behaviour change in education Experience organising or delivering promotional events Familiarity with school systems, partnerships, or outreach programmes Additional Information Travel across London to schools and events is required (reimbursed) Travel to the main office is not reimbursed A full induction will take place at the beginning of September Apply Now To express interest in this role or to find out more, please contact Smart Teachers with your CV and availability.
