We’re on the hunt for a proactive, perceptive, and unflappable Personal Assistant to support our Consumer Finance Director—a pivotal figure at the heart of Virgin Media O2’s operations. This role is more than calendars and coffee (although those are important too!). You’ll be the engine behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs smoothly and enabling the Director to focus on delivering strategic impact!

This role requires you to be based in Paddington and to work alongside the Hiring Manager in the Paddington office 2–3 times a week.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;


* Proven PA/EA experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced business
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with attention to detail
* Calm, proactive and adaptable with strong judgment and emotional intelligence
* Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong communicator (written and verbal), with a professional and engaging style
* Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and diplomacy
* Collaborative and personable, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
* Comfortable working independently, with a flexible and solution-focused attitude

* A confident hand with PowerPoint and a creative eye for detail—you're comfortable pulling together decks that clearly communicate key messages and support the Director’s vision in meetings, updates, and leadership communications
* You bring business-savvy support that goes beyond admin—thinking like a strategic partner.
