This is a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities Manager to come into an established environment and to further add to the team’s capability and success with your experience of managing facilities helpdesk, projects and working with a range of 3rd parties and contractors. Benefits · Annual bonus · 25 days annual leave (plus holiday purchase scheme) · PMI What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Facilities Manager role: · Managing a small team of 3 ensuring all requests and alerts are managed correctly and in a timely fashion · Managing a range of facilities areas including Reception (including meeting rooms), Helpdesk, Archiving and Procurement · Ensure compliance with all standards and health and safety is adhered to at all times · Document management - produce reports for senior management and ensure all documentation management systems and manuals are up to date and easily accessible Required Skills and Qualifications: · Previous experience in Facilities Management is essential · You will have excellent communication and organisational skills both written and verbal · Experience working with contractors and suppliers · Good experience of technology and reporting My client is offering an annual salary of up to c. £50,000 depending on experience for this full time Facilities Manager position If you are interested and have the relevant experience, please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV and we promise to get back to you.
