**(National) Account Manager – Global Construction Manufacturer**
We are currently recruiting for a global construction manufacturer and distributor in the construction industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work a growing company in a national account management role building strong, long-lasting relationships with OEM’s across their product ranges.
Role:
You will be responsible for -
* Create integral working relationships with all OEM's across the Building Envelope product lines
* Become a trusted "consultant" to all key OEM's both in their R&D, technical and senior commercial teams
* Work closely with the commercial teams to execute and deliver the strategic opportunities secured and developed
* Protect, secure and increase market share through their OEM network
* Provide strategic intelligence in support of identifying new product development opportunities
* Work closely with the technical team to guide/manage their approach.
* Identify, monitor and feedback competitor/customer activity
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will –
* Ideally have experience selling into construction manufacturers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of creating relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the business
* Be organised and methodical
* Be proactive and able to take the initiative
* Be well presented with a professional manner
* Have good business and commercial awareness
* Able to create strategies aligned to market requirements
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for effective decision making and delivering appropriate outcomes
* Flexible to stay away from home from time to time
Package:
* Basic Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (negotiable based on experience)
* Bonus: Uncapped
