Role Details

* Job Title: Compliance Lead Contract Support
* Business Sector: GWS – Health & Wellbeing
* Location: Leeds Gateway Office
* Reporting to: Asset Data & Compliance Manager
* Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (40 hours per week, including 60-minute unpaid lunch break)


Purpose of the Role

The Compliance Lead supports CBRE’s commitment to service excellence by providing accurate compliance administration, documentation control, and operational support. The role ensures that all statutory, contractual, and client requirements are met and maintained to audit‑ready standards at all times.


Key Responsibilities


Compliance & QHSE Administration

* Manage the day‑to‑day operation and workload of the compliance admin team.
* Manage the compliance inbox and process documentation in line with CBRE and client procedures.
* Review, validate, and upload statutory compliance documentation.
* Maintain compliance trackers, logs, and audit records.
* Process completed works through CAFM to billing stage with supporting evidence.
* Support adherence to CBRE QHSE policies and standards.


CAFM System Management

* Update planned and reactive tasks within the client CAFM system.
* Monitor SLAs and escalatate overdue or at‑risk tasks.
* Ensure data accuracy to support reporting and audits.


Engineering & Subcontractor Coordination

* Liaise with CBRE engineers to confirm task completion and documentation.
* Coordinate subcontractor for planned visits and compliance submissions.
* Monitor subcontractor performance and escalatate issues.
* Support investigations into missed visits or non‑compliance.
* Manage completion of the Allianz Insurance A‑ Defect and PNA Process.


Administrative & Operational Support

* Produce compliance reports, KPI summaries, and audit packs.
* Maintain structured digital filing systems.
* Support the Compliance Manager with audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Produce weekly compliance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
* Attend and contribute to the Monthly Contract reviews for both Business Units.
* Deputize in meetings for the Asset Data and Compliance Manager to cover annual leave and absences.


Skills & Qualities

* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
* Strong Smartsheet skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritize and manage competing workloads.
* Professional, proactive, and service‑oriented approach.
* Able to work unsupervised to proactively deliver key KPI’s.
* Able to lead a team to deliver efficiently and effectively while maintaining integrity and transparency.


Accountabilities

* Reports directly to the Asset Data & Compliance Manager.
* Operational accountability to relevant client stakeholders.
* Responsible for accurate processing and storage of compliance documentation.
* Expected to uphold CBRE RISE values in all activities and interactions.
* Expected to drive the team to uphold CBRE RISE values in all activities and interactions.
