About the organisation

This is a well respected charity working across Swansea to support people at risk of homelessness. They focus on mental health, emotional wellbeing and practical housing support. Values come first here. Staff are supported, trusted and listened to.

* You meet someone in their home. You listen first. Together, you agree what feels realistic right now.
* You update a support plan, using your judgement and risk assessments, with guidance from your manager when needed.

* You support someone to understand their tenancy and their options, helping them feel safer and more confident.
* You reflect with colleagues in supervision, sharing decisions and learning together.
* You finish the day knowing your work supports stability, trust and long term housing outcomes.

Over time, good support here helps people feel safer, more confident and able to work towards their own goals.
