Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

This is a calm, people focused service in Swansea, supporting adults to stay safely housed and feel more in control of their lives.
This Tenancy Support Worker role is about steady, relational support. You will not be doing this alone. You will be part of a supportive charity team with regular supervision, shared decision making and wellbeing support built in.

A day in the life
You are a Tenancy Support Worker starting your day knowing what good support looks like for the people you work with.
* You meet someone in their home. You listen first. Together, you agree what feels realistic right now.
* You update a support plan, using your judgement and risk assessments, with guidance from your manager when needed.
* You work alongside housing teams, mental health services and local partners, never carrying risk alone.
* You support someone to understand their tenancy and their options, helping them feel safer and more confident.
* You reflect with colleagues in supervision, sharing decisions and learning together.
* You finish the day knowing your work supports stability, trust and long term housing outcomes.
Over time, good support here helps people feel safer, more confident and able to work towards their own goals.
What you will need
* A full UK driving licence
* Experience supporting adults with housing, mental health or emotional wellbeing needs
* Strong tenancy Support experience and knowledge of helping people maintain their tenancy
* Confidence working independently, with strong team support
* Understanding of safeguarding adults
* Experience of supporting people with Universal Credit, PIP and other UK benefits
DBS on the update service is desirable but not essential.
