🔧 What you'll do:
* Set the vision: Translate complex needs into compelling solution strategies
* Win the work: Lead solution design for RFXs, pitches, and proactive campaigns
* Be the bridge: Align delivery, architecture, and commercial teams across multiple domains
* Lead with insight: Drive thought leadership and challenge the status quo
* Grow capability: Build and inspire a virtual team of great writers and thinkers
* Shape strategy: Influence public sector clients on technical direction and long-term value
🎯 What you bring:
* 10+ years in technical delivery, with strong UK Public Sector experience
* Pre-sales leadership or equivalent bid/engagement experience
* Deep understanding of the SDLC, agile practices, and architecture across cloud, data, and software
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and uniting teams around a single vision
* Natural leader with excellent communication and stakeholder skills
* Experience in managed services or service architecture is a bonus
