Duties -
Manage, recruit and train talented headcount to help support KPIs
Measure performance through KPIs
Design develop and implement express service.
Build business cases for new methods and approaches to embellishments to achieve the goal of fastest and most accurate in the UK.
Maintain Health and Safety within the department
Production/Capacity plan to ensure delivery schedules are met. Communicate plans to print team and sales team.
Monitor and reduce error rate. When errors are made, implement an accountability culture within the internal department and external teams.
Report to Operations Coach, Directors and Senior Leadership Team Data driven analysis of the department.
Manage all 3rd party suppliers and inventory of all internal stock. Create and maintain process for all stock related items within the department.
Implement Lean 6 Sigma engagement, training, and coach team on culture of continuous improvement.
Sound understanding of Goods In, Picking, Dispatch
Manage Department budget.
Manage all Inventory of department

Qualifications/Skills
Minimum 5-7 years experience in a similar role
Bachelors degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
Experience in Print, Embroidery, Sublimation and Direct to Garment Printing.
Experience in implementing and maintaining Lean 6 Sigma culture.
