The ER Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of employee relations, ensuring compliance with policies and fostering a productive work environment. This position in the not-for-profit sector requires expertise in handling high volume complex HR matters and supporting organisational goals.

Description
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries, and policy interpretation.
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
* Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies.
* Support line managers with performance management and workforce planning.
* Lead on complex casework, offering practical solutions and minimising risk.
* Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures to support organisational growth.
* Deliver relevant training sessions to staff and management on HR best practices.
* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all employee relations matters.
Profile
A successful ER Manager should have:
* Proven experience in employee relations within the not-for-profit or similar sector.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships across all levels.
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
* Experience managing complex casework effectively and efficiently.
* A CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification.
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
