As a Commercial Contract Manager, you will take ownership of the commercial and operational performance of the external contractors on the repairs and maintenance service, leading a team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective and compliant services to residents. This is a remote role with expectations to be in the office only on a few occasions a month.

Commercial Contract Manager key responsibilities include:
* Leading the commercial function across responsive repairs and maintenance services
* Overseeing compliance aspects including gas, electric and health and safety
* Overseeing budgets, cost control and financial forecasting to ensure value for money
* Managing contractor relationships, procurement activities and performance frameworks
* Ensuring compliance with housing legislation, health & safety standards and regulatory requirements
* Identifying opportunities for service improvement, efficiency savings and innovation
* Collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery and resident satisfaction
The successful Commercial Contract Manager will have:
* Strong experience in a Commercial Contract Manager role within social housing, repairs or maintenance xsngvjr and compliance
* Proven ability to manage external teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment
* Solid financial and commercial acumen, including budget management and cost control
* Experience in contractor management and procurement processes
* Good understanding of compliance, health & safety and regulatory standards
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong leadership skills
